Kingston SDA Church wants to make a lasting difference in your life, in our community, and in the world. How do we go about that? By creating a church where broken lives are made whole through the power of Jesus Christ. That’s the driving vision behind everything we do.
We want to help you get to know God better and enable you to become who He’s created you to be. No matter where you are in life, we’ll help you figure out some next steps in your journey with Him. It could start with volunteering, participating in a discipleship class, taking some Bible studies, giving, or attending church regularly. Along the way, we hope to work with you to make our community a better place.
The purpose of the IT Ministry team is to use technology to honor God and to advance the reach of the Gospel. We manage the www.kingstonsdachurch.com website and support administrative operations to keep First Church connected and functioning efficiently.
Through Health Ministries you can learn evidence based health information and find restoration for a hurting body, mind, or soul.
Hospitality serves the community as well as the Kingston Church family. We prepare funeral repass meals for bereaved church and community families. We also prepare meals for all non-departmental church functions and assist church departments with cooking and serving when requested.
The media team utilizes a variety of mediums including audio, video, photography, and more to spread the good news and hope that comes from knowing Christ.
Kingston SDA Church is a place where broken lives are made whole through music ministry. We praise God from whom all blessings flow. The music ministry is open to all who truly have a desire to serve God and man. We have several choirs with open membership and stand eager to receive those willing to make a joyful noise unto the Lord.
The purpose of the Sabbath School is to make disciples of Christ. Its four purposes include: study of the scripture, fellowship, community outreach, and world mission emphasis. The Sabbath School exists not only to minister to its members, but to train those members to minister to others.
The primary goal of Personal ministries is evangelism. With the charge given to us by Jesus, we are focused on spreading the gospel wherever we go; bringing the good news to everyone. We train, equip and involve the laity in this united effort of finishing the work of God.
The mission of Youth Ministries is to encourage youth, 7th through 12th grade, to develop a personal relationship with Jesus, foster their spiritual growth, and prepare them to live as disciples for Christ by serving others.
